Shipping
We currently ship within Singapore and a few countries only, namely Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.

We will not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided during checkout.
Tracked mailing within Singapore is SGD 2.50 via SingPost. Tracked mailing for other countries ranges from $7 to $15.
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 3 – 5 working days.
For orders within Singapore, once dispatched, local delivery via SingPost usually takes another 2 – 5 working days depending on Singpost’s processing and delivery schedule.
For orders outside of Singapore, it will take 5 – 20 working days for your package to be delivered.
Yes — tracking numbers will be sent via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow:
- up to 2 working days for parcel information to be updated in the SingPost system
- another 1–2 working days for delivery after tracking updates begin appearing
No worries — your parcel is probably still waiting to be scanned by Singpost.
Tracking links may take up to 2 working days after dispatch to reflect accurate parcel updates.
